Yes they are a scam and under investigation by PayPal

I first tried using their credit card option,but after entering all my credit card info I was told they didn't take that card, so I stupidly tried again with a different card,same error message. I tried their money gram option, they wanted me to send the money to a woman in Bulgaria, no way! I saw enough ,they take paypal so I called PayPal and spoke to security department and he agreed with me that it wreaked of scam he immediately placed them under investigation. We both laughed that probably my now canceled credit card info is up for sale

They took my money 5 days ago and I have had no contact since. An absolute scam! Completely abhorant that they would scam you. The site looks legit but I should have seen the warning signs on sending it to an order email etc. Incredibly annoyed by myself and these evil bastards. Avoid at all costs! Always check online before paying for something, I could have lost a lot more money so i'm grateful and want to help as many people as possible not to get scammed by these bastards! Avoid avoid avoid! Use legit sites like CEX.IO etc.

Why?! So totally scammed.

So mad at myself that I didn't did any research about this company before I made my purchase. Well, had a little bit of hurry, but still. I used PayPal as payment transfer and have now made my complains and hope I will have my money returned. I will really fight for it. Because it was more than a couple of dollars... Ordered a few days ago, and now notices this thread after warning suggestions from a friend. Well, he had right. This is such Have I received ant BTC? *** no! And never will. PLEASE DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE LIKE ME!

Bitodex is a scam!

As a first timer I only purchased $50.00 to see if they were legit, I purchased through Pay Pal and as instructed I sent the money to an individual as a gift rather than a company. That way I can not contest it or try for a refund. I got nothing and after many attempts got no response from them. I thought they night be ok due to being recommended by another site. I have since found other safe avenues for the purchase of bitcoins and will never deal with another bitcoin dealer over the web. If I knew of a safe bitcoin dealer I would recommend them but I do not Never again!

Can't you people read? It clearly says on their page they are located In BULGARIA!!!!

Also, they only registered their site a month before you got scammed. That also is a red-flag.

Don't use Bitodex bitcoin services to purchase bitcoins

I signed up with them on March 8th to purchase and send a very small amount of bitcoins to make a web payment to another company. I used paypal to buy the coins and although they promise completion of service on new accounts to 36hrs, to date I have not received the money. Their email reply system does not work and they give no phone number to call. Paypal is no help in trying to get the issue resolved. Use them and you will be ripped off. The rest of this is just to enter the required one hundred word minimum.

BITODEX is not US based and a complete scam

I too was scammed...buyer please stay away! I thought I was buying from coinbase.. I don't even know how I ended up on bitodex.. The website looks legitimate but obviously a complete lie. In either case they got my money and I received nothing it has been 48 hours and still no response from their online email option.. the site says it is based in NY however the paypal payment says NON-US verified account. Before you send a payment double check everything ... it is not worth losing your money and you will not get your bitcoin as promised. thanks for reading
